Refund policy

All our products come with a 30 day guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods, return them to us unused, in it’s original packaging along with your delivery note and send it to; RETURNS DEPARTMENT, BEAUMONT & BROWN, 8 FORE STREET, TOTNES, DEVON. TQ9 5DX. Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we advise you obtain a certificate of posting or similar if using a courier company. Any items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. For faulty items we will refund the cost of shipping on receipt.
